SOUTH KYME PARISH COUNCIL
Draft Minutes of extraordinary meeting held in the car park, Coronation Hall, South Kyme, at 6pm on 12 June 2020
The meeting was called for the purpose of signing off the audited accounts. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, the brief meeting was held out of doors and observing social distancing.
Present: Cllrs Alexander, Clark, J Head and M Head, A Alexander (clerk)
AGENDA ITEMS
20/21/1 Signing of accounts: Cllr M Head passed a copy of the audited accounts to the chairman for signing.
The meeting ended at 6.08pm
Addendum
At a full council meeting held via Zoom on 23 July 2020, the chairman declared item 20/21/1.1 null and void as it had been omitted in error from the agenda for that meeting. The item has been removed from the minutes.
