19/20/18 Financial Matters
- Cllr Head presented the Annual Governance & Accountability Return for the financial year 2018/19 and it was:-
RESOLVED: That the 2018/19 AGAR and Accounts be approved.
- Payments approved – 25.32 VTG fuel
19/20/19 Councillor Vacancies
It was noted that following the recent Local Election 2 vacancies had arisen. Applications for co-option to fill the vacancies had been received from Mrs Judith Head and Mr Craig Midgley and it was:
RESOLVED: That Mrs Head and Mr Midgley be duly co-opted as Members of the Parish Council.
Acceptance of Office declarations were duly signed by Cllr J Head and Cllr Midgley and they were to
submit Declarations of Pecuniary Interest within 28 days.
